Power off the device.
1.Press and hold the Volume Up, Volume Down and the Power Button until you see the HTC logo.
2.Release The power Button,
3.Holding Volume Up, Volume Down Button,
4.Press the Volume Down button and the phone will reset.
5.Press the Volume Down button again to restart the phone.
