1: start without sim and type *#7284#
select usb
2: restart your phone
3: go to setting > application > development > select USB debugging
4: connect usb cable then select KIES mode
5: open Z3X Samsung tool ver 13.7 tool
and select SUMSANG android USB Diagnostic serial port on COM port
then just click UNLOCK.
